Competitive pricing @ Grevillea Gardens

Grevillea Gardens’ prices are very competitive ~ and surprisingly affordable ~ for such a high standard of accommodation:

Double (one couple not using the 2nd bedroom): $120 per night ($140 in holiday periods)

Twin share (two people using two separate beds): $130 per night ($150 in holiday periods)

Extra person (maximum of 4 persons per apartment) $20 per night (all periods)

Family rate (2 adults and two children * under 12): $140 per night ($160 in holiday periods)

* Please note: Grevillea Gardens is not suitable for babies & toddlers under 3 years old.

Holiday periods are: Easter, all long weekends, the summer holidays (from 25 December to 26 January), the Bright Autumn Festival period (late April – early May) and the Melbourne Cup to ‘Hot Rod’ event period in early November.

SPECIALS & REDUCED RATES…

In addition to our periodic specials as advised under ‘latest news’, we will always negotiate in non-holiday periods for stays of five or more nights. Just ask!

Bookings policy: We ask for a valid credit card number to secure your booking. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is payable in advance, with the balance on arrival. If you don’t have a credit card just send a deposit cheque within 7 days of making the booking.

Cancellations: We will refund your deposit in full provided the cancellation is made with ‘reasonable notice’. Deposits paid on ‘late’ cancellations in holiday periods will still be refunded if we manage to fill the resulting vacancy.

Check in/out: Normal check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival, although earlier arrivals can often be accommodated. Normal check-out is 11 am (but strictly by 10 am in holiday periods)

Minimum stays: At long weekends and in holiday & special event periods the minimum stay varies according to the holiday/event. At all other (non-holiday) times there is a minimum stay of 2 nights (we do not accept one night bookings).
