Grevillea Gardens Offers ‘Real Value’ Accommodation Tariffs

Double (one couple not using the 2nd bedroom) $110 per night ($130 in holiday periods)

Twin share (two people using both bedrooms) $120 per night ($140 in holiday periods)

Extra person (maximum of 4 persons per apartment) $15 per night (all periods)

Family rate (2 adults and two children under 12) $130 per night ($150 in holiday periods)

Holiday periods are: Easter, all long weekends, the summer holidays (from 25 December to 26 January), the Bright Autumn Festival period (late April – early May) and the Melbourne Cup to ‘Hot Rod’ event period in early November.

are negotiable in non-holiday periods for stays of four or more nights. Just ask!

Bookings policy: A valid credit card number is required for bookings with full payment to be made on arrival. In holiday periods, or for longer stays in normal periods, a deposit equal to one third of the total tariff is payable in advance, with the balance on arrival.

Cancellations: We will always refund deposits in full provided a cancellation is made with ‘reasonable notice’. Deposits paid on ‘late’ cancellations in holiday periods will still be refunded but subject to filling the vacancy with someone else.

Check in/out: Normal check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival, although earlier arrivals can often be accommodated. Normal check-out is 11 am (10 am in holiday periods)
